About Robyn

Robyn DeLong…
Author, Teacher, Speaker, Life Coach

On July 25, 2013, Robyn DeLong’s youngest son, Michael, age 36, died in a tragic auto accident.  In her personal journey through grief, Robyn discovered what she calls an upward spiral of healing, pulling her beyond the stages of grief into grace and transformation. She says the lessons learned along the journey include finding the good in unspeakable sorrow, generating joy from a broken-open heart, and rebuilding shattered dreams.

She knows from her own experience that it’s possible to use the rich sacred soil of sorrow to grow, expand, and deepen our connection to life and to love.  From this understanding, she has created a gentle, self-paced, on-line healing program for bereaved parents who want to find peace of mind and reconnect with their joy and happiness.

Robyn is a speaker, certified life coach, published author and poet, a former college professor, as well as a full-time realtor in Sacramento, California.  Most of all she is a lover of people and possibility. She offers inspiring workshops as well as transformative, in-depth one-on-one programs for individuals wanting more success, meaning, and fulfillment in their lives.
